TOWN CENTER EVENTS ANNOUNCES THE RETURN OF ANNUAL INDEPENDENCE DAY FESTIVAL

Celebrate Independence Day with Fireworks, Live Music, and Fun Activities for the Whole Family

Town Center Events is thrilled to announce that our largest festival of the year returns on Thursday, July 4th, to celebrate our nation’s independence! This year's festival promises to be a spectacular event with exciting activities, delicious food, and an unforgettable fireworks display.

We are delighted to once again bring fireworks to conclude the celebration, thanks to the generous support of Patrick Pettit from Clubs of Kingwood. The fireworks will be launched from the original site at the bottom of the driving range, with shells soaring between 300 and 400 feet. Attendees can look forward to a fantastic view of the show from the Park.

In addition to the fireworks, the festival will feature a variety of entertaining activities:

Axe Throwing: Test your skills and compete with friends in this exciting activity.
Free Games Zone for Kids: Fun and engaging games to keep the little ones entertained.
Food Trucks: A wide selection of popular food trucks will be on-site, offering delicious options for every palate.

Live music will be provided by the renowned "That 70’s Thing" band, performing from 6 PM to 9 PM. Their performance will culminate in a patriotic salute, adding a special touch to the evening’s celebrations.

We invite everyone to join us for this wonderful annual party with your neighbors and community members. It’s an event you won’t want to miss!

AGREEMENT

The applicant shall indemnify, defend and hold Town Center Park Association, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and indemnified against any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys, accountants and expert witness fees and costs) incurred by TCPA as the result of (i) a material breach by the applicant of any of its obligations under this Agreement, or (ii) any willful or negligent conduct of the applicant. Any communication or notice required or which may be given hereunder shall be addressed to TCPA at their addresses set forth previously in this agreement. Applicant agrees to read and abide by all event rules and regulations. Event participation is not guaranteed until approval of vendor and receipt of payment in full.

The Applicant acknowledges by clicking the Add to Cart button below that, KCTC, Inc., Town Center Park Association, and Kings Crossing Community Association are only a facilitator for this event and participation by Applicant is voluntary. As such, KCTC Inc, Town Center Park Association, Inc, and Kings Crossing Community Association shall not be liable to Applicant or to any of their employees, agents, patrons or invitees, or to any other person for any loss or damage to persons or property during the event and the Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless, KCTC, Inc., Town Center Park Association, Inc, and Kings Crossing Community Association from all claims for damage.
